3.1. User-Generated Content: GateAI allows users to create, access, and manipulate content generated by our integrated language models and image generation services ("AI-Generated Content"). Users retain ownership of AI-Generated Content they create using our platform.
3.2. Content Ownership: By using GateAI to generate AI-Generated Content, users grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify this content solely for the purpose of providing our services. This license continues even if the user stops using our services but does not infringe on the user's ownership rights.
3.3. Content Guidelines: Users are solely responsible for the AI-Generated Content they create using GateAI. AI-Generated Content must not violate these Terms or any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
3.4. Content Moderation: GateAI employs content moderation mechanisms to detect and address AI-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, due to the nature of AI content generation, it is not always possible to predict or prevent all potential violations. Users may report objectionable AI-Generated Content to our moderation team.
3.5. Data Privacy: GateAI is committed to protecting user privacy. Our use of AI-Generated Content is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and share personal information and AI-Generated Content. By using our services, users consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
3.6. Backup and Deletion: Users are responsible for retaining copies of AI-Generated Content. GateAI may establish policies for data retention and deletion, and we may, at our discretion, delete or remove AI-Generated Content that violates these Terms or upon request by the user.
3.7. Third-Party Content: GateAI may integrate with third-party services for content generation. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of AI-Generated Content produced by third-party services. Users may access third-party content through GateAI at their own risk and should review the terms of use and privacy policies of those third-party providers.
3.8. Content Copyright: GateAI respects intellectual property rights. If users believe their copyright-protected work has been infringed upon through the AI-Generated Content created using our service, they may contact us to report the alleged infringement, and we will respond in accordance with applicable copyright laws.
3.9. Content Recommendations: GateAI may provide content recommendations or suggestions based on user activity and preferences. Users should exercise discretion when acting on such recommendations, as they are generated by AI algorithms and may not always align with user needs or preferences.
